Incomplete forms can result in delays to group information being updated.

Section 4 - Meeting Information
Include ALL the meetings the group hold, not just changes to existing meetings or new meetings. The information provided in this section replaces ALL existing meeting information for the group.
To add in additional meeting times and days - click the PLUS symbol to the right of the boxes below.
Online Groups - Meeting Platform, ID and Passwords provided with the online from will be displayed on the AA website. If this information is not provided, it is necessary for the Group to have an active AA Mailbox to allow people to request access to join an online meeting.

Section 6 - Nomination User Details for the Group's Official AA Mailbox / Email address
Each group is allocated an offical AA Mailbox / Email Address. It allows AA Groups, Areas, Intergroups to communicate within the AA Structure and removes the need for AA members using personal information for service work in AA.
The login and password will only be issued to most recent nominated user, it should be kept secure and not shared with any other members.
Once submitted GSO will contact the nominated member with the details.
