Online Shopping Terms and Conditions

Visitors to www.alcoholicsanonymous.ie can now purchase goods from our online shop using their Credit or Debit Card. The secure payment system is provided by Alcoholics Anonymous General Service Board of Ireland CLG (AAGSB). Our Terms and Conditions as set out below may be updated from time to time. Visitors are advised to be aware of our current Terms.

By using our online payment facility, you indicate that you have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Conditions of Payment: Care must be taken when using the online payment facility. Ensure that all details given are accurate and current. Once accepted, your Credit or Debit Card will be debited by the amount shown. AAGSB does not have liability for payments not received due to incorrect Credit/Debit Card details or other incorrect information. No liability or responsibility is accepted for payments that are refused or declined by the card provider.

For your Security: All personal details used for a payment transaction are encrypted, as is communication with the payment facility provider. Any data provided during a transaction will only be used for that single transaction for the purposes of recording your payment. When making a payment, you will get an immediate notification confirmation whether the payment has been validated.

Refund Policy: Where a product supplied turns out to be damaged, not fit for purpose or where goods ordered are for any reason unavailable, AAGSB undertakes to refund the cost of purchase (including vat). These refunds will be made as soon as faulty goods are returned or when AAGSB becomes aware of an inability to complete the order for any reason. If you buy the wrong item and wish to return it, the cost of return will not be covered by AAGSB. Refunds will only be processed when goods are received in the warehouse.

Refunds will be made to the Credit/Debit Card used to make the initial transaction.
